Turns a cited research file into an eight-module course. Anything unverified is flagged before the model runs, and every module passes a human review before it ships.
Real-time speech assistant
Speech recognition and matching that run entirely on the computer. No audio or text leaves the machine, and low-confidence answers are marked unsure instead of shown as fact.
Neighborhood comparison guide
A plain-language guide to Oʻahu neighborhoods. Every answer is grounded in Census and local market data supplied with the question, not the model’s memory.
