How it runs

Three steps, then it’s theirs

  1. Pick the task that’s slowing your team down.

On the planning call, you tell me what a good result looks like.

  2. Your team practices it on real work.

In a session I lead, they work through the task start to finish and approve the result.

  3. They run it on their own.

They keep training made for the task, and a follow-up call within 30 days is included. After that, there’s the $150 coaching hour, and the $149 coaching plan for clients.

Need it to run without anyone touching it? That’s a setup, with its own price.

For groups. A free 20-minute talk for your association, team or business group on putting AI to work in a small business. Longer hands-on workshops are quoted.

An example

After the storm

A storm rolls through on Saturday. By Monday morning, the property manager has a pile of maintenance emails waiting, from leaking roofs to flooding.

She used to open them one by one, write each reply, and build her to-do list as she went. Now an AI agent has already read them. It sorted them by urgency and drafted a reply to each tenant, plus a to-do list for the crew.

She sits down, approves the replies and the jobs she agrees with, and the urgent repairs are moving before her coffee gets cold.

A teaching example, with made-up details.

Who this is for

Your work supplies the lesson

We practice on the tasks your team does every week. A few examples:

  • Property managers: a follow-up system for calls and emails, so no tenant or owner falls through the cracks, this week or six months from now.
  • Real estate offices: staying in touch with every lead and past client long after the first call, without keeping it all in your head.
  • Hotels and vacation rentals: answering guest questions from your house rules and check-in details.
  • Plumbers, electricians and the trades: answering every new inquiry fast and following up on missed calls, before the customer calls someone else.
  • Restaurants and shops: new-hire training, complete with a checklist, ready before your busy season.
  • Small offices: making sense of your own numbers and customer records, and researching what competitors are doing.

…and more.
