Booking a call

• The “Book” buttons open Cal.com, a booking service. What you enter there, such as your name, email and a note, goes to Cal.com and to me, so we can hold the call.
• Cal.com sets its own cookies when you book and has its own privacy policy.

Email links

• The check-up and talk buttons open an email to me that you can edit before sending. Nothing is stored by this website. If you send it, it reaches me at dean@deanahlgren.com like any other email.
• I use what you send to reply to you and to plan the work you ask about.

Analytics and cookies

• This website uses no analytics and sets no cookies of its own.
• Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and an animation library from cdnjs (Cloudflare). As with any website, those services receive your device’s IP address and browser details when your browser asks them for those files.

Asking for your details to be deleted

• Email dean@deanahlgren.com to ask what I have from you, or to have your emails and booking details deleted.

• How your files, accounts and records are handled in a setup job or a training session is on the Your data page and in section 10 of the terms.
