Many AI consultants come from software, so they start with the tools. I come from training. For 25 years I’ve been an instructional designer and e-learning developer. I sit down with experts, learn how they do their work, and turn it into training other people can follow.
That’s how I built more than 200 online courses, plus safety and compliance training where mistakes weren’t an option. Since 2025 I’ve also designed the tests and grading guides AI companies use to train their models, so I know which tools fit which jobs.
