Who you’ll work with

I’m Dean Ahlgren, in Kailua. I’ve built online training for 25 years, 21 of them designing courses in higher education, and since 2025 I’ve helped train frontier AI models. That experience now goes to work for your business.

I didn’t start at a desk. I restored antique Persian rugs and ran my own restoration business in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and built a passive solar, rammed-earth home by hand near Taos. As a licensed massage therapist in Santa Fe and on Maui, I learned to read people and put them at ease. It’s common to be unsure about AI at first, so I explain it in your own language and match your rhythm.

How it works

  1. A free 15-minute call. You leave with a plan for the first task to hand off.

  2. We set it up together. At your shop or job site on Oʻahu, or by video, built from your own prices and policies. Most setups are ready within two weeks.

  3. Your team learns to run it. One lesson, and written steps they can follow without you.

  4. It works, or I fix it. If what we set up doesn’t do what we agreed, I fix it at no charge. If it still doesn’t, you get your money back.
